Frozen Violet Lemonade

Copycat Recipe of the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. It's both tart and sweet and has a mild floral flavor. Frozen Violet Lemonade is a refreshing beverage for Spring and Summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 T violet syrup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredient in a blender.
  • Blend until ice is smooth and well blended (you can use the frozen cocktail button if your blender has it).

Notes

Add 2-4 oz (to taste) of light rum or vodka, or 1-2 oz. Elderberry Liquor to make Alcoholic Frozen Violet Lemonade.
