For the last two years my buddy Dave and I have been competing in SCA steak competitions and this year we qualified to compete in the finals in Ft. Worth, TX. There were 274 teams from ten different countries that competed in this year’s finals. On Saturday we got a 5th place in our bracket of 46 which qualified us the cook for the championship Sunday against 59 other teams that finished in the top ten of their brackets. Well, long story short thanks to Cow Lick, Swamp Venom and a little luck these two idiots from Nebraska finished 8th in the world for 2019.
